The National Sales Representative (AE) will be a leader within the sales team, collaborating with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) throughout the sales cycle to build a book of business of new and recurring customers.

This role might be a good fit for you if you:

  • Can sell. You can do this because you set goals for yourself and you are persistent. You ask great questions but know when to listen. You are impeccable at following up and you take responsibility for your results.  

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual personal and team sales goals.

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead to close.

  • Pay attention to the details. If it is worth doing, it’s worth doing right. You are focused and let nothing fall through the cracks.

  • Communicate clearly, write well, and speak persuasively. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re equally comfortable leading in-person product demos or Zoom presentations, on the phone or via email.

  • Get along well in a small team environment. We are a family. Who doesn’t hesitate to jump in and help each other, and sometimes takes Friday afternoons off for a Tank 7 or margarita.

  • Effectively use SalesForce to track and monitor leads, dashboard reports and call lists.

  • Are proactive. You have a can-do attitude and ability to work and motivate yourself independently while also working collaboratively across the team.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven direct sales experience: 2+ years

  • Proven record of running highly efficient customer acquisition and retention efforts

  • Mastery of and rigorous adherence to CRM system

  • Effective time and sales pipeline management

  • Lead qualification and objection handling

  • Effective time and sales pipeline management

  • Entrepreneurial. Must be resourceful and thrive in a laid back but fast paced, constantly changing environment

  • Intense curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
